The exam is administered by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). FMGE is a computer-based test that consists of 300 multiple-choice questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are given 2:30&nbsp; hours to complete each section of the exam. A passing score on the FMGE is required in order to obtain a license to practice medicine in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>FMGE \u2013 an overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is a screening test conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for Indian citizens who have completed their medical education from a foreign country and wish to practice medicine in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exam is designed to assess the medical knowledge and skills of candidates, as well as their ability to apply these knowledge and skills in the Indian context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Exam Pattern:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The FMGE consists of two parts: A and B.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>It will be a computer-based test (CBT).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The written examination is held twice a year, in June and December.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>It comprises 300 multiple-choice questions, divided into three sections: Clinical subjects ( 200 questions), Pre-Clinical and para clinical subjects (100).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Candidates are given 2 hours 30 minutes for completing each part.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>One mark will be awarded for each correct answer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>FMGE 2022 test date and time:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the official website, the FMGE 2022 test is scheduled to be held on December 15<sup>th<\/sup>. The test will be conducted in two parts \u2013 Part A and Part B. Part A of the exam will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:30 am , while Part B will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration process for FMGE 2022 is expected to commence from October 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2022. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam can register themselves through the official website \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.natboard.edu.in\">www.natboard.edu.in<\/a>. The registration fee is Rs. 7,080.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It Is important to note that only those candidates who have qualified MBBS from a foreign medical institution are eligible to appear for FMGE 2022.
