For over 22 years, Dr. Mukesh Bhatia has been a guiding light for PG aspirants. His teaching methodology is unparalleled, making the complexities of Medicine appear simple. His contributions to the medical world have earned him recognition and blessings from the likes of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and President Pranab Mukherjee. 

During the nascent years of DBMCI, Dr. Mukesh Bhatia donned multiple hats. Teaching 13 subjects single-handedly, he created mock questions, assessed students’ performance, conducted revisions, and addressed countless queries–all by himself. This superhuman effort solidifies his title as the Father of Medical PG Coaching in India.

Dr. Mukesh Bhatia’s impact transcends generations. Dr. Sumita Paul, one of his first students, has now become a successful OBGYN. In a heartwarming testament to his influence, Dr. Sumita Paul enrolled her daughter, Dr. Sameeksha, into the DBMCI Regular Batch in 2002, continuing the legacy.

Dr. Mukesh Bhatis’s teaching prowess knows no bounds. In a testament to his dedication, when a Microbiology teacher cancelled just three days before a scheduled class, Dr. Bhatia stepped in. In an astonishing feat, he covered the entire Microbiology course in just three days, leaving everyone awestruck with his flawless delivery.

But the legend of Dr. Mukesh Bhatia doesn’t stop there. Before establishing DBMCI, he personally embarked on arduous journeys to various colleges by bus, organising and conducting mock tests. He created question papers himself, sent them to colleges via courier, meticulously marked the exams, and promptly returned the results–all driven by a commitment to medical education.
