The INI-CET 2021 Counselling Schedule for the July session is now available. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences is the main conducting body for admission. Candidates who have qualified for the test are eligible to participate in the counselling rounds. The session will take place in two to three rounds depending on the vacancy of the seats. The INI-CET Mock Counselling Round starts on 6th August 2021. 

Through INI-CET 2021, candidates can get admission to various PG courses of INI’s such as [MD/MS/DM(6yrs.)/MCH(6yrs.)/MDS]. So, in this article, candidates can get a complete schedule regarding the counselling and online seat allocation process. Therefore, go through the details carefully.

Important Points regarding AIIMS INI-CET Counselling 2021

• The list of the eligible candidates for online seat allocation (eight times of final seats) will be released before the choice-making facility.
• The counselling link will be available only for the eligible candidates on MyPage. The applicants have to log in using their credentials to exercise the options. 
• The credentials are the same that were used at the time of filling the application form for INI-CET July 2021.

INI-CET 2021 Counselling Procedure

AIIMS conducts the counselling in four rounds including mock and open round counselling. The procedure comprises certain stages that the applicant has to follow. Hence, the step by step process of INI-CET Counselling Round is as follows-

Step-I Registration for Counselling

This is the first stage of the counselling process. Qualified candidates have to register by visiting the official website of AIIMS. The steps for INI-CET 2021 Counselling Registration is as follows-

• Visit the official website of aiimsexams.ac.in
• Now log in using the credentials (Registration ID, Registration Unique Code (RUC), Password and Captcha Code.
• Provide required details such as personal information, academic, INI-CET exam details, Internship details, NMC/SMC registration, contact information etc. 
• Recheck all the details carefully and submit. 
• Once the registration is complete, the applicant will receive counselling details on their registered mail and number.

Step-II Choice Filling and Locking for INI-CET 2021 Counselling

After completing the registration, the candidates have to fill in the choices of colleges and specializations as per their preferences. Students can rearrange their choices as per their INI-CET Rank in the July session. However, there is no limitation in selecting the college choices. Also, it has to be noted that he/she can edit the choices before the due date. 

It is important to submit the choices, otherwise, it will be automatically locked on the last date of the choice filling session. 

Step-III INI-CET July Seat Allotment Process

The seat allocation process will take place online by AIIMS, Delhi. In the allotment process, the candidates will get admissions in MD/MS/DM/MCh/MDS seats.

The seat allotment depends on various factors such as – 

• college and specialization preferences by the candidates.
• INI-CET Result 2021/ Rank
• Reservation criteria of the candidate. 

However, before the counselling process is conducted, a mock counselling session is conducted to make the aspirants aware of the allotment of the seats.

Step-IV AIIMS INI-CET Seat Allotment Result 2021

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences releases the seat allotment for each round separately. The seat allotment result will be released in the form of a merit list. The details that are listed on the merit list are as follows-

• Roll number of the applicant
• Overall Rank
• Subject details
• Allotted institute and 
• Category of the candidate.

Step-V Reporting the Institutes for admission

This is the last stage of the INI-CET Counselling process. Candidates who have been allotted have to report to the institute for document verification. Applicants who fail to report will not be eligible for participating in the counselling. Thus, the list of the documents required at the time of counselling is mentioned below. 

Documents Required at the time of INI-CET MD/MS/DM/MCh/MDS counselling

Candidates have to carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the institutes. 

• Allotment letter
• Registration slip
• INI CET 2021 admit card
• MBBS/ BDS degree certificate
• Marksheets of MBBS/ BDS professional examinations
• Internship completion certificate stating that the internship was completed by January 30, 2020.
• Provisional/permanent registration certificate issued by MCI/state medical council or DCI/state dental council
• Class 10 certificate/ birth certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet 
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)

Note: Applicants who choose the second option are allotted seats through INI-CET 2021 Counselling. He/she must join the college on the specified date and time. The seat allotted in the first round is left vacant and is allotted candidate as per the merit. However, if the candidate fails to join the college, then he/she has to make a penalty payment of Rs 3 Lakhs.

What after the INI-CET 2021 Seat Allotment Result?

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the counselling process, have to log in using the credentials provided, and choose any one of the following options-

• First Option- Accept the seat allotted and do not participate in the further counselling rounds.
• Second Option- Accept the allotted seat and wish to participate in subsequent AIIMS INI CET 2021 counselling rounds.
